Dear Abby, This is the method I use, and although I’m not sure I’d say it will guarantee “perfect” eggs. The chances are pretty good that your eggs will be crack free.
Place your eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring them to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and cover with a lid and let sit for 15 minutes. Drain and then run under cold water to stop the cooking process. Happy Easter, Katie
